Analysis and identification of protein-protein interactions

LiPiCS services performs in-depth protein-protein interaction analysis in cells for early drug development projects or fundamental research. The start-up develops comprehensive approaches to study protein-protein interactions based on the bimolecular fluorescence complementation method (BiFC*). LiPiCS services offers a complete range of services that includes assistance in setting up a project, carrying it out and valorizing the results obtained.

The team

Jonathan Reboulet is a CNRS research engineer at the IGFL and has worked for 5 years in the field of protein-protein interactions. Today, he wishes to share his know-how and the technologies he has developed within the start-up LiPiCS services.

Samir Merabet is a CNRS research director and group leader of the "Ontogenesis and Molecular Interaction" team at the IGFL for 15 years. He offers his scientific expertise to plan, set up and carry out research projects that are best suited to the problems of LiPiCS services' partner laboratories.

The incubator

Every year, the ENS de Lyon incubator hosts start-ups created by its own scientists in order to support them in the research and development phases of innovative products, idea testing, technology validation or business models before a possible commercial phase.
