"Eco-Evo-Devo of a symbiosis: The anemonefish/sea anemone mutualism”
Résumé :
One of the most captivating symbiosis is the one between anemonefish and sea anemones. This is a very complex association between three different organisms: a vertebrate, a cnidarian and a unicellular eukaryote. In addition to mutual protection, this association allow metabolic connection between partners, but their relationships are yet poorly understood. We aim for an integrated understanding of this symbiosis to reveal new principles of association between widely different organisms.
