We are extremely happy to invite you to the first IGFL webinar series around the topic “Time matters in biology”.
Join us to learn how time matters in evolution, with two great speakers who will be presenting their work and future perspectives.
WHO?
1. Ludovic Orlando, CNRS Research Director at the Center for Anthropobiology and Genomics of Toulouse. Ludovic’s pioneering work helped understand the origin of horse domestication using ancient DNA. To learn more about Ludovic’s research, click here. Ludovic’s presentation will be entitled “The genomics history of horses and donkeys”.
2. Ana Fiszbein, Assistant Professor at Boston University. Ana’s work focuses on co-transcriptional gene regulation of mammalian expression programs. To learn more about Ana’s research, click here. Her presentation will be entitled “The mysteries of co-transcriptional gene regulation”.
