QVCT 2023 Laureate Project - "At the theater tonight : Studying genes without disturbing your colleagues"
The project proposed by the IGFL listening structure has been selected to receive financial support from the CNRS DRH: see here for the results of the QVCT 2023 call for projects.
The project entitled "Au théâtre ce soir : Studying genes without disturbing your colleagues" aims to raise awareness of psycho-social risks among IGFL staff. In the first half of 2023, Sabrina Arnaud, occupational psychologist at ENS, gave a lecture to explain what psychosocial risks are. In the autumn of 2024, the Théâtricité theater company will be presenting sketches illustrating situations of interaction between colleagues that may be encountered in the laboratory. The performance will be followed by a debate with the audience, during which keys to understanding or possible solutions will be discussed, with contributions from human resources professionals.
