Identification des gènes cibles de TR
Genome-wide analysis (RNAseq/ChipSeq) allowed us to establish a full-list of TR target genes in a neural cell line. This also showed that a number of genes display a marked differential response to TRα1 or TRβ1. Basic knowledge of this receptor selectivity is currently analyzed. Advanced genetic models have been generated to transpose these genome wide studies to mouse brain cells.
